My Baseball Journey
Recognized as one of the top play-by-play announcers in baseball, Bill Brown is informative, humorous and inspiring. And so is his new book. It’s a must for every baseball fan, but it’s more than just a baseball book. Bill brings to life the stories of those who have inspired him, both personally and professionally, and he talks openly about his struggles to gain a foothold in the broadcasting business. All proceeds from the sale of Bill’s book benefitted the National Foundation for Ectodermal Dysplasias.

Embracing the Cross
Few people have as informed a perspective on good versus evil as Judge Travis Bryan III. With nearly fifty years of experience in the criminal justice system--as a prosecutor, defense attorney, and since 2008 a district court judge for the State of Texas--Bryan has seen the struggle between right and wrong play out from all sides time and time again. Embracing The Cross contains a detailed account of Bryan's personal and professional life, defining not only what it means to be Texan--and kin to the "Father of Texas," Stephen F. Austin--but also what it takes to be a good son, brother, husband, father, legal counsel, and "Texas Aggie."

Dear Jay, Love Dad: Bud Wilkinson's Letters to His Son
College football fans need no introduction to Bud Wilkinson, but few of them know the great University of Oklahoma football coach as a devoted father. In Dear Jay, Love Bud, Jay Wilkinson, Bud’s younger son, shares forty-seven letters his father wrote to him while he was in college and graduate school. Spanning the early to mid-1960s, these letters reveal Bud’s deep love for his son, as well as the philosophy and values that led to his remarkable success in sports and in life. Beginning with the first letter Bud wrote when Jay left home, this collection shows a father guiding his son toward his own path while stressing the importance of service to others.

Breaking Away
One of the largest higher education networks in the United States, the Texas A&M University System, since 2011, has been under the leadership of John Sharp, former Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts and a member of the Fightin’ Texas Aggie Class of 1972. Based on hours of interviews with an array of key participants from across the Texas A&M System, this book is a highly readable account of a pivotal time. Including a foreword by Henry Cisneros, former Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Breaking Away is replete with little-known stories from behind the scenes as well as major developments in the recent history of the System under Chancellor Sharp’s leadership.

South College Avenue

The history of Brazos County’s “twin cities”–Bryan and College Station–dates back to the 1870s and revolves in great part around the institution now called Texas A&M University. For decades, the “college road” served as the only transportation link between the established downtown Bryan area and the fledgling land-grant school to its south. South College Avenue symbolizes the historic embrace between Bryan and its now globally-acclaimed academic neighbor. This book presents a selection of the more than 150 images from the “South College Avenue” collection.

Celebrating Navasota
Navasota, Texas, is not only a historic community with rich traditions, but also a forward-thinking town which has done a remarkable job preserving its past. That past is evident in Navasota's breathtaking old homes, its historic downtown district, and in the people whose pride for their hometown brings out the best in everyone. Tim Gregg's photography work featured in this book pays tribute to Texas and Texans at their best.

Rellis Recollections

Today’s RELLIS Campus, the Texas A&M University System’s emerging educational, technological, and research reserve, carries with it a proud heritage forged from more than 75 years of remarkable and kindred achievement. First established as Bryan Army Air Field at the outset of World War II, the site has been and will continue to be a hub for learning, leadership, and history in the making. The richly illustrated pages of this book honors the storied past of both the place as well as the people whose lives and life-accomplishments have intersected with the locale.

The Color of Life

The Gallery Downtown in downtown Navasota says of local artist Leon Collins, "His wide reaching range of work has captured hearts of many around the world; yet he remains true to his Navasota roots. Be prepared to enter into Leon's world through his own colorful lens." This book showcases dozens of Collins' works and includes stories of many of those works as only he can tell them.
