Willie Robertson

THE 2023 BRAZOS VALLEY PRAYER BREAKFAST KEYNOTE SPEAKER
Willie Robertson is best known for starring in and executive producing A&E's Duck Dynasty.television series. He is a New York Times best-selling author of several books. He is the founder of Buck Commander and CEO of Duck Commander. Willie expanded his family's small business from a living room operation to a company for all things outdoors and has sold millions of duck calls and merchandise worldwide.
While the Robertsons' story is an excellent example of entrepreneurship and dedication, it is at its core built on faith and family. Willie continues to teach the Gospel each year to tens of thousands of people worldwide. Willie and his wife, Korie, live near their children and grandchildren in West Monroe, Louisiana, where he worships regularly with his family.
Special Musical Guest: Matt Linton
Matt Linton was born and raised in St. Stephen, New Brunswick Canada and graduated from St. Stephen High School. After graduating he went on to major in Theology at Northeast Christian College in Fredericton, N.B. Matt is an ordained minister and has filled multiple ministerial roles over the years. These include, Senior Pastor, Associate Pastor, Youth Pastor, International Evangelist, served time on the mission field in Guatemala, and he has released three music projects as a southern gospel recording artist. Matt is married, and he and his wife and their three children now live in Brookshire, Texas, near the banks of the Brazos River.
Matt and his family travel full time with their music ministry spreading the gospel of Christ through concerts and preaching. Matt feels tremendously blessed to be able to do what he loves for The Lord.
Meet Our Emcee: Bill Brown
Bill Brown retired as the primary TV voice of the Houston Astros after the 2016 season, his 30th with the team. Since then, he has focused on serving his church, Second Baptist Cypress, and other civic projects. Brown was inducted into the Texas Baseball Hall of Fame in 2004, and became a member of the Houston Astros Hall of Fame in 2023.
Brown has volunteered as a reader at Sight Into Sound radio, serving the print handicapped, since 1990. He has also narrated his own books published on Amazon, including Swinging for Glory, a baseball novel with a Christian message. The audio book is available on Audible. Brown serves his church as an assistant director of his Bible study class, The Cove. He is a volunteer lay leader of Coaches Outreach Bible study for high school coaches and students. He has been co-chair and emcee of Salute to Our Heroes for more than a decade, a fundraiser for the Cy-Fair Education Foundation.
Bill and his wife Dianne have one daughter, Allison, and three grandchildren.
